Our Policies

We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone we deem incapable of safely operating our watercraft. Service will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel reservations or prematurely terminate sessions for violation of our policies. By signing the required waivers, renters agree to follow all CCJR policies and procedures.

Reservation Policy: A $100 booking fee, per ski, is required to reserve your rental. This will be credited to your balance at the time of rental.

Cancellation Policy: If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us ASAP. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before reservation time. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the reservation fee.

No Shows: Not showing up for your reservation will result in a full day’s rental fee, per ski, charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. Please call, even if it’s last minute, if you are unable to show up.

Late fees: Drop off/return time is promptly at the agreed upon time. If you are more than 15 minutes late returning the skis you will be charged a late fee of $25. This fee increases $25 each 15 minutes until skis are in our possession. Please call if you are running late.

No Refunds: We do NOT offer early return refunds nor do we offer refunds for refueling. If you choose to refuel, no credit will be given for added or unused fuel.

Damage Policy: A $300 damage deposit per ski will be authorized on the provided credit card prior to departure. This hold will be dropped when the jet ski/s are returned free of damage as determined by CCJR staff. As per the rental agreement, the renter is fully responsible for any losses and damages to the watercraft and any other accessories while in their care. All damages must be reported to CCJR immediately. In the case of damage, the deposit will be retained. After the damage is further accessed by a third party, the deposit amount will be adjusted accordingly and the renter will either be issued a refund or have to pay additional damage costs. This could include full cost of new replacement watercraft. If the jet ski is returned in unrentable condition, renter agrees to pay Cedar Creek Jet Ski Rentals $200 per day until the unit is repaired and available for rent, with a maximum charge of $4,000.

Inclement Weather: Due to the unpredictability of Texas weather, cancellations/refunds will be determined on a per person basis. If you are uncomfortable with the weather forecast for your reserved days, cancel prior to 48 hours, just to be on the safe side. Rentals can be rescheduled for a later date. Do NOT, under any circumstances, ride in the rain. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation based on weather conditions.

Restrictions: Trailer and skis can NOT be taken across Texas state lines and can NOT be used in salt water.
